Annotating Gee and Jordan, February 7th

1. These annotations in Nobody Mean More to Me Than You and the Future Life of Willie Jordan are understanding, questioning, and text to world annotations.  I chose to annotate this part because initially I was very thrown off my the whole buffalo thing, but then it made a lot of sense.

2. This paragraph in Nobody Mean More to Me Than You and the Future Life of Willie Jordan sparked a huge realization from me.  While I was questioning the “black reaction”, I realized it is actually very reasonable.  The annotations I used are understanding and rhetorical annotations.

3.  I made this annotation in Literary Discourse, and Linguistics: Introduction because this portion of the text does a good job of creating a foundation and understanding of the term “Discourse”.  The annotations made here are understanding and questioning annotations.

4. This section of Literary Discourse, and Linguistics: Introduction explains the “How?”, in other words it explains how one acquires a discourse.  The types of annotations I used are understanding annotations.
